Use accurate, authorised information.

Payslips4u is a document preparation service. You must have authority to process the information you enter and issue the resulting document. Do not use it to misrepresent employment, earnings, tax paid or identity. The issuer is responsible for checking all figures before use.

What the service includes

Free draft previews, saved drafts, and PDF documents according to the download pack purchased. Each final payslip, P60 or annual summary uses one credit. Repeat downloads of that final document are included; edited or duplicated versions require a new credit. Unlimited is a recurring monthly plan for one named person, subject to fair usage. It renews monthly until cancelled from your workspace. Paid access continues until the end of that billing period. Account sharing, resale access, automated bulk generation and documents for other people are excluded. Misuse may result in restrictions reviewed by support.

Payments and corrections

Prices are displayed in GBP before checkout. Checkout is hosted by Stripe. No cryptocurrency is accepted. Inspect the free preview before finalising; final documents cannot be edited, but can be duplicated. Contact support about errors, service problems or refunds. Nothing in these terms removes applicable consumer rights.

Scope

The service does not submit RTI returns, make payroll payments, provide tax advice, or provide HMRC approval. Use your payroll provider or professional adviser for these requirements.
