What we store

Your account email, password hash, saved document details, payment references and document entitlements are stored to provide your workspace. Draft payroll details are only stored when you save them. Preview details are processed on the server to calculate and render the document.

Payments and security

Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment information. We receive payment status and references; we do not collect or store card numbers. Saved document content is encrypted at rest. Access is tied to your account. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect requests.

Visitor statistics

We collect limited first-party statistics on public pages: masked IP addresses, an estimated visitor identifier, approximate country, page path, referring website and a likely-bot flag. Full IP addresses and browser signatures are used briefly to calculate the identifier and country, then discarded. Query strings and payroll fields are not recorded. No analytics cookies are set. Collection excludes signed-in users, private pages and browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Activity is retained for up to 30 days and is visible only to administrators.

Retention and your choices

Your saved documents remain in your account until removed or the account is closed. You can delete drafts in your workspace. Contact support to request access, correction, deletion or account closure. Payment records may need to be kept to meet accounting obligations. Do not enter payroll information you are not authorised to process.

Service providers

Website hosting is provided through CaxessServer. Encrypted recovery backups are stored in private Backblaze storage. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy terms. MarketPower sends necessary account, reset, payment and document messages using your email address and minimal event details. Payroll document contents are not sent to MarketPower. Product news and offers require a separate optional choice; native unsubscribe requests are honoured. Live chat uses DeepSeek for AI replies and stores the conversation for support. A request for a human can notify the CAX team through email and Telegram. Do not enter confidential payroll details in chat. No advertising or analytics cookies are installed by this build.
